INGREDIENTS
2 lbs thin top round steaks
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
3 scallions
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cooking oil
2 to 3 Tbsp pickled jalapeno liquid
1/2 cup of water

When you use too small a pan you're not sauteeing the meat, you're boiling it.
