MEXICAN SEAFOOD COCKTAIL | Easy Mexican Shrimp Seafood Cocktail Recipe

Today I am making an easy Mexican seafood cocktail. You can use the combination of seafood you like or just shrimp. The sauce is versatile and to your taste. To make a spicy version, add more hot sauce and leave the seeds in the jalapeños. This makes 4 to 6 servings

  1. This has got to be the recipe I have been looking for, for about 3 years. One of my students parents made this at a party. It was so goood! I'm going to try and make this. Question? Do you eat this with crackers? I remember eating it with crackers. Thank you

  2. Campechana is one of my favorite dishes. My spot to get it at, doesn't seem to use any ketchup or any red liquid at all. I can't seem to replicate it and every recipe I've come across has it as an ingredient (I don't want ketchup in my cocktails). Looks good and you can definitely play around with the liquid or seafood ratios. Also, try it with Tapatio or Valentina instead of a more vinegary Louisiana style hot sauce. Peace, from CA.

  6. That looks so delicious…. unfortunately I am allergic to seafood! 😭😭😭 After a certain age, I was dying when I ate a large cocktail shrimp. Worst feeling ever. I hope you and your family enjoyed every bite.😊👍
