1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
60ml whole milk
110g all-purpose flour
1.5g salt
3.5g baking powder
MACERATED BLUEBERRIES
100g fresh blueberries
Lemon juice
Sugar
LEMON CURD
Juice and grated zest of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks
50g unsalted butter
4 tablespoons sugar or to taste
OAT & CINNAMON CRUMBLE
30g oats
30g unsalted butter
30g icing sugar
30g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
CINNAMON CREAM
150ml heavy cream
Icing sugar to taste
Ground cinnamon to taste

Greetings from Boston, 🇺🇸 , and thank you for the beautiful instruction! ❤ very ready to tackle this project… can I ask: frozen form …if I don’t spray for home entertaining…it would be okay ? So…frozen form -> remove from mould -> fill in with cake round and lemon curd -> keep frozen until service ??? Because … how challenging to move them from storage to serving dish ???😮 I am afraid it will shatter 😅…. Please please advise 😊

Which alternative fruit we can use instead of blueberries?? Can we use orange or pineapple ?? Because in Pakistan we can get only seasonal fruit. Strawberry and blueberries and mangoes are not available in this season
