Fine dining bullshit bingo:
-blend everything in the Thermomix
-pass everything through a sieve
-wrap everything in plastic wrap
-turn everything liquid into a gel
-make everything have a soft texture
-put an edible flower on every dish
-put a crunchy texture on every dish
-wrap the expensive protein in something shiny, soft and colorful
-lastly, add the sauce that must be a foam
And of course
-never forget plenty green herbal oil blended in the Thermomix

I grew up catching perch, to me this video is wild. “Gourmet food” is more about the presentation, these fish are similar to tilapia they just need a little salt and pepper😂 I just use salt. This dish is probably worse than your at home salmon recipe
You ruined it ,keep the healthy fish meat simple ,add some garlic and parsley ,voila !
