I can sit for hours watching people cook. I wish I enjoyed cooking and found it as relaxing as I do watching others do it. To actually do the recipe turns my anxiety up to a level 10.😣

Can butter flavored Crisco be substituted for butter?
Going to attempt your recipe. Watched another you tube video for Milk Bread and apparently it called for too much liquid as it was really sticky and in my adding flour to try to get it smooth think I over worked the dough, as it didn't rise the way it should have. You went into depth explaining how to make, which is very much appreciated. Think I might be able to make now. Hopefully anyway. Video was very informative as I have only tried to make bread couple of times before and found out many things I wasn't aware of. Thank you.

Hi, could I use dry yeast instead of instant yeast? Like add the dry yeast to the warm milk n water and wait a couple of minutes before I add them to the flour?
