This milk sweet / Kalakand is made by curdling milk with some lemon juice which creates some precipitated milk curds and these are then caramelized under heat to impart that rich, chewy, caramel taste. Compared to the regular milk sweet, this version has a lot more texture and chewiness to it. This Kalakand recipe is popular during festival time and can be topped with some nuts.
