Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Caramel Sauce:
-Sugar 3/4 Cup
-Water 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) salted 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s Cream 1/3 Cup (80ml) room temperature
Prepare Coffee & Caramel Cream Filling:
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s Cream chilled 200ml
-Instant coffee 1 & ½ tsp
-Warm water 1 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Semi sweetened dark chocolate chopped 150g
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup (100ml) room temperature
Assembling:
-Brownie

Directions:
Prepare Caramel Sauce:
-In a frying pan,add sugar,water & cook on low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown and gently stir pan few times in between to mix.
-On low flame,add butter & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add cream,turn on the flame & mix well for a minute.
-Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Prepare Coffee & Caramel Cream:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl on it.
-In a bowl,add cream & beat well for 4-5 minutes.
-Add half quantity of prepared caramel sauce (½ Cup) & reserve remaining for later use.
-In instant coffee,add warm water & mix well.
-Add dissolved coffee,vanilla essence & beat well until soft peaks form than transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add chocolate,cream & microwave for a minute then mix well until smooth & transfer to a piping bag.
Assembling:
-Cut brownie into small pieces & set aside.
-In a dessert cup,add prepared coffee & caramel cream,prepared chocolate ganache,brownie pieces,prepared caramel sauce,coffee & caramel cream.
-Garnish with chocolate ganache & serve chilled (makes 6-8).

-Halki ancch per makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker ein aur cream dal ker chulha on karein aur ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-5 minutes kliya thanda ker lein.

-Baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker ek aur bowl rakh dein.
-Bowl mein cream dal ker 4-5 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar caramel sauce ki half quantity (1/2 Cup) dal dein aur remaining ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Instant coffee mein warm water dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dissolved coffee aur vanilla essence dal dein aur soft peaks form ho Janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker ka use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Bowl mein chocolate aur cream dal ker ek minute kliya microwave ker lein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Assembling:
-Brownie ko small pieces mein cut ker ka side per rakhd ein.
-Dessert cup mwein tayyar coffee & caramel cream,tayyar chocolate ganache,brownie pieces,tayyar caramel sauce aur coffee & caramel cream dal dein.
-Chocolate ganache sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein (makes 6-8).
