Mixie waala cake !! Easy eggless cake recipe. No condensed milk no butter. Lemon cake 

🍰 Blender Wonder Eggless Cake !!! This recipe is the best eggless tea cake that you can make.

Simply follow the steps & put everything in the mixie & voila !

🌾1 & 1/2 cup Flour
🍰 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
🥤 1/4 + 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
🍋 Zest of 1 Lemon
🍋‍🟩 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
🧃 3/4 cup Powder Sugar
🥛 6 tbsp Milk
🥯6 tbsp Yoghurt
🛢️5 tbsp Oil
🍦3/4 tsp vanilla essence

– Add all the wet ingredients first & blend for 5 mins so that all sugar is properly mixed
– Add dry ingredients & then simply pulse it 3 to 4 times
– Bake at 180 degrees C for 45 mins & Voila
– If baking in cooker – add salt at the bottom, then place a stand. Pre heat cooker without whistle for 5 mins on high flame. Then place the cake & cook for first 10 mins on high flame & then 35 mins on medium flame
