Kaldereta Ingredients:
– Onion, chopped
– Garlic, minced
– Tomato, chopped
– Beef, cut into chunks (marinate with soy sauce, calamansi juice, black pepper)
– Chicken or beef stock
– Filipino liverspread
– Peanut butter
– Bay leaves
– Sugar
– Potatoes, chopped
– Carrots, chopped
– Thai chilies, chopped
You may also add peas, bell peppers, and olives.
Feel free to substitute the beef with goat, pork, or chicken as well.

Good job I would suggest browning the meat in two or three stages so that the meat browns up really good instead of simmering as the meat releases moisture.. take 10 extra minutes but worth it..
Spicy kaldereta is so yummy esp. when you add in melted cheese
