How to make dulce de leche:
Recipe for flan
Dulce De Leche – 3/4 cup
Eggs 3
Cream 200 ml
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 cup (for caramel)
Bake at 180 degree C for 40 mins and chill in fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
