  1. Thank you for this recipe! I took your recipe and did a twist to it. I had some leftover drunken noodles and substituted them for your noodles. I used some drained diced canned tomatoes because I didn’t have any fresh ones. After it was all done I sprinkled some plant based parm cheese on top and loved this dish. I’m a person who always uses what I have on hand. Thank you again for another super recipe!

  2. 350 g for three persons max, or sometimes two (or one). LOL.

cook it al dente but then finish it in the sauce with some pasta water (it keeps cooking). al dente does not necessarily mean you eat it that way (though it often is desirable to do so but not always); rather, it is how to cook it in the salty-like-the-sea water. the pasta will cook more as you finish it. kind of like cooking eggs (stretch of a metaphor here) in that they keep cooking even when you turn the heat off.

  3. Hi Chetna that's looks amazing I like pasta but I like fusilli, pasta penne pasta and spaghetti few other but that one I never had 🍝😃 thank you for sharing this, it is something very quick and simple like too put chicken breast in my pasta 🍝☺️😄❤️

  4. That was disappointing. 🙁 I saw "onion tomato pasta" and thought you were going to show us how to make pasta, not a dish with pasta. 🙁 This dish looks tasty, but, darn❣️

  5. There's a traditional bolognese recipe for a side dish called 'friggione': you cook for hours literally onions and tomatoes and then serve it with bruschetta (toasted bread brushed with a hint of fresh garlic and extra virgin olive oil). Or you can serve it with some pasta, as you basically did! So simple, yet so tasty!

  6. Great recipe Chetna, definitely worth cooking the onions for a good lengthy session to bring out the lovely caramel depth of flavour. Vegans love it and apply their own uncheesy cheese on top. Loving your unfussy vids 🙏🏻😋😋😋
