🔸सामग्री | Ingredients
* बोनलेस चिकन ब्रेस्ट
Boneless chicken breast
* खड़े मसाले (तेजपत्ता, दालचीनी, लौंग)
Whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves)
* नमक
Salt
* पानी
Water
* लहसुन (बारीक कटा हुआ)
Garlic (finely chopped)
* प्याज (लंबे कटे हुए)
Onion (thinly sliced)
* पत्ता गोभी (लंबी पतली कटी हुई)
Cabbage (thinly sliced)
* गाजर (लंबी पतली कटी हुई)
Carrot (thinly sliced)
* गरम मसाला
Garam masala
* लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Red chili powder
* हल्दी
Turmeric
* धनिया पाउडर
Coriander powder
* मैदे की शीट
All-purpose flour sheet (maida sheet)
* तेल (फ्राय करने के लिए)
Oil (for deep frying)
🔸 विधि | Method
1. चिकन ब्रेस्ट में खड़े मसाले और नमक डालकर पानी में उबालें।
Boil chicken breast with whole spices and salt in water.
2. उबले हुए चिकन को ठंडा करके भुक्का (श्रे़ड) कर लें।
Once boiled, cool the chicken and shred it.
3. लहसुन को बारीक काट लें।
Finely chop the garlic.
4. प्याज, गोभी और गाजर को लंबा-पतला काट लें।
Slice onion, cabbage, and carrot into thin strips.
5. एक पैन में थोड़ा तेल गरम करें और उसमें लहसुन डालें।
Heat a little oil in a pan and add garlic.
6. फिर उसमें प्याज, गोभी और गाजर डालें और हल्का भूनें।
Add onion, cabbage, and carrot and sauté lightly.
7. अब उसमें नमक, हल्दी, लाल मिर्च, धनिया पाउडर और गरम मसाला डालें।
Add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
8. अब उसमें भुक्का किया हुआ चिकन डालें और 2-3 मिनट भूनें।
Now add shredded chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
9. मैदे की शीट लें, उसमें चिकन का मिश्रण रखें और स्क्वायर शेप में फोल्ड करें।
Take a maida sheet, place chicken mixture inside, and fold it into a square shape.
10. गरम तेल में स्क्वायर को गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक डीप फ्राय करें।
Deep fry the square in hot oil until golden brown.
