Multi Layered Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients for Whipped Cream:
Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream 1 pack
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1 pack

Ingredients for Egg Yolk Mixture:
Egg yolks 5
Caster sugar 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Mousse Preparation:
Whipped cream
Egg yolk mixture

Ingredients for Strawberry Puree:
Water 1 cup
Caster sugar 1/4 cup
Strawberry chunks 1 ½ cup

Ingredients for Strawberry Jelly:
Water 2 cups
Strawberry jelly powder 1 packet

Ingredients for Plain Strawberry Mousse:
Prepared mousse 1 ½ cup
Strawberry puree 1/2 cup
Gelatin 1/2 tbsp + water 4 tbsp

Ingredient for Strawberry Chunks Mousse:
Prepared mousse 1 ½ cup
Strawberry puree 1/2 cup
Strawberry chunks 1/4 cup
Gelatin 1/2 tbsp + water 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Strawberry jelly as required
Plain strawberry mousse
Strawberry chunk mousse
Whipped cream as required
Strawberry slices as required

Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation:
1. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
Note: Do not put in freezer to chill, cream won’t whip once it gets gold temperature shock.
2. Add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and beat it well again. Set aside.
Directions for Egg Yolk Mixture Preparation:
3. In a bowl add egg yolks, caster sugar and beat it until pale in color. Set aside.
Directions for Mousse Preparation:
4. Add this egg yolk mixture to the whipped cream and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Strawberry Puree Preparation:
5. In a pan heat water, add sugar and strawberry chunks. Cook until strawberries get soft.
6. Blend it well and your strawberry puree is ready.
Directions for Strawberry Jelly Preparation:
7. In a pan heat water and add jelly powder. Cook until jelly powder dissolves. Set aside.
Directions for Plain Strawberry Mousse Preparation:
8. In a bowl add prepared mousse, strawberry puree, gelatin and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Strawberry Chunks Mousse Preparation:
9. In a bowl add prepared mousse, strawberry puree, strawberry chunks, gelatin and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
10. In a dessert glass add strawberry jelly, let it cool at room temperature and then add a layer of plain strawberry mousse. Refrigerate for 5 mins. Add strawberry chunks mousse, strawberry jelly, plain strawberry mousse and refrigerate for 5 mins. Add strawberry chunks mousse and refrigerate for 5 mins. Add strawberry jelly and refrigerate for 5 mins. Now top it with whipped cream, strawberry slices and refrigerate for 5 mins again.
11. Your Multi Layered Strawberry Mousse is ready. Serve and enjoy.
