I first had this at my friend Cuongs, restaurant at @xomcapitolhill I enjoyed it with their Vietnamese Seafood tower & was blown away with the sauce! Check out the recipe for the sauce below inspired by @dvdnguyen

INGREDIENTS (yields 1.5 cups)
– 3 whole limes (peeled)
– 5 jalapeños (deseeded)
– 15 Thai chilis (deseeded) add more or less
– 5 lime leaves (remove the vein)
– 6 tbsps of condensed milk
– 6 tbsps of sugar
– 2 tbsps of MSG
– 3 tbsps of Himalayan pink salt
Add into a food processor & puree. If you’d like a more fluid consistency, opt for lime juice rather than whole limes.
