RECIPES –
Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake:
Water or almond milk (coconut milk would be good too for higher fat) – about 2 cups
Frozen or fresh bananas (I use a whole bunch, about 5-6, but use less for a smaller smoothie)
Cacao powder – about 2 tbsp
Vanilla bean powder – about 1 tsp
Add ice last (if using fresh bananas)

OJ Sunrise:
Fresh orange juice – about 2 cups
Frozen pineapples
Frozen mixed berries
Frozen or fresh bananas (optional, about 2-3)

Strawberry Shake:
Water or almond milk (coconut milk would be good too for higher fat) – about 2 cups
Fresh organic strawberries sans stems
Frozen bananas – about 2-4
Vanilla bean powder (optional)
Dates, agave, Stevia, or maple syrup for sweetness
