Chia eseeds are an excellent source of fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, and antioxidants. They help me maintain healthy digestion😅 and provide sustained energy, and also help me feel full longer, so I hope you give it a try and enjoy it just as much as I do! 😅

Tip** make the night before, the chia seeds would absorb most of the milk and the berry topping would be cool

Ingredients
1 lb frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup sweetener of choice (optional)
Mexican vanilla blend or extract
Per each serving-
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 serving of love 💕
