My favorite meat snacks are garlic steak bites.
You can use any cut of beef. I found these tenderloin trimmings for a few bucks and they were perfect! Nice and tender and cheaper than buying a whole fillet.
Cube them up, toss in some W sauce, season with my Steak seasoning and they hit the @webergrills griddle over high heat. Once you have a nice sear on the outside, drop the heat, add fresh garlic and butter, and cook until the butter is melted. Pull them off, top with some fresh parsley and enjoy!
