Hi man, here in India we don't eat beef or steak because we hold mother cow just like our own mother (obviously you don't kill and eat your own mother) and I am a full time vegetarian from 6-7 years now – but your recipe was great so maybe will try this with Paneer (Cottage Cheese) and make an Indian style Paneer Taco!
