Hey! Welcome or welcome back to my channel. In today’s video, I am sharing one of my favorite smoothie recipes. I make this throughout the week as a meal replacement. It has strawberries, bananas, peanut butter powder and oats! It’s a nice healthy treat!
This smoothie is made with a few simple ingredients. Here is what you’ll need:
1 banana (frozen)
1 cup of strawberries (frozen or thawed)
8 oz of almond milk (less for a thicker smoothie)
2 tbls of peanut butter (I used powder)
1/4 cup of oats
a few ice cubes – optional
a splash of agave for sweetener and a little cinnamon for an additional element of flavor.
blend and enjoy!!
Note: I’ve been using the blendjet portable blender. It’s small and compact so I had to blend the ingredients a few times, due the size of the blender.
