Today I am visiting my abuelita and she is hungry. I will be making an easy ground beef and potato dish she absolutely loves!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp tomato chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
3 medium potatoes
5 oz can V8 juice
2 cups water
small handful fresh cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

  3. I finally made this simple but delicious dish today for dinner. It is so so good and so flavorful. I pretty much made it according to mama’s exact recipe (love V8 juice) except I used a poblano pepper instead of a green pepper. Quick and easy. Thank you!

  19. As everyone else has said here, you're sooo lucky. I wish I still had my beautiful grandmother. One thing I can say is, take notes. Talk to her & take notes, video, pics, voice recordings. Ask her everything you can think of while you still can. Enjoy her and treasure her and cherish her every minute. Abuelas are the best Everrr! 😍💘💕 Bless all 3 of you beautiful mamás.   24. I did a little of this for my mom before she passed away; but years later did major cleaning/cooking work for my Aunt (her older sister) who lives out-of-state. I cooked over a month's worth of meals for her to pull out of her freezer and warm up in the microwave. I well understand the love and care that went into this video. You and your family are an inspiring example to all.
