My guests lick their fingers when i cook pork using this recipe!

Ingredients:
pork ribs – 1 kg (2.2 lb)
oil – 15 ml (1 tbsp)
Cook over medium fire 10 min
onion – 500 g (17.64 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 8 g (0.29 oz)
sodium bicarbonate – 5 g (0.18 oz)
Cook over low fire 45 min
