I was just looking at Joshua McFadden's book, Six Seasons, and this looks identical. I highly recommend the book, especially for anyone with good local farmers markets.
I blend a bag of boiled spinach with an avocado, fresh basil, oregano, garlic, olive oil and, a pinch of salt. Then I mix it in with cooked pasta! Way better than pesto!
