My Not So Special Chicken Fry π
Recipe π
Oil – 3 tbsp
Green chilies – 3 nos
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
SautΓ© for a min
Chicken – 1 kg
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
SautΓ© on medium heat for 5 mins
When water oozes out
Onion – 1 medium sized
Tomatoes – 2 small sized
Give it a mix
Cover and cook on medium heat for 7 to 8 mins
Chili powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Fry on low medium heat till the oil separates
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Juice of half lemon
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Turn of heat and give it a mix
Enjoy it with rice, chapathi or even as a side dish for Sambar, Rasam or curd rice π€
