  3. Good job erica! i fall into the same pitfall myself of compairing what i do with what i see others produce. I actually just did a brisket 2 weeks ago following Jeremy's video to the T, but i think because my pellet grill is smaller in size, i ended up with over cooked brisket. It tasted great but it shredded while slicing it and didnt hold up very well
