INGREDIENTS
-2pcs potatoes chopped into cubes
-1pc each red and green bell pepper chopped
-130g vienna sausage chopped
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-300g pork liver chopped that was marinated in 1Tbsp soy sauce and ground black pepper
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-3pcs red tomatoes chopped
-1Kilo pork belly (pork liempo) chopped into cubes
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-250g tomato sauce
-100g-150g sweet pickle relish
-hot water enough to submerge the meat
-1-2pcs dried bay leaves
