New Crispy Chicken Toothpick Eid Starter Recipe | ईद में ये नया क्रिस्पी चिकन टूथपिक ज़रूर बनाएं

INGREDIENTS:-
Main Ingredients
Chicken: 500g (1/2 kg) boneless chicken, cut into small cubes (dices).
Potatoes: 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced and diced.
Toothpicks/Skewers: For assembling the chicken and potato pieces.
Chicken Marinade
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon.
Green Masala Paste: Made with mint (pudina), fresh coriander (hara dhaniya), and green chilies.
Coriander Powder (Dhaniya): 1 tablespoon.
Salt: 1 tablespoon (or to taste).
Chili Flakes: 1 teaspoon.
Garam Masala Powder: 1 teaspoon.
Lemon Juice: Half a lemon.
Cornflour: 1 tablespoon (added after marination for binding).
Potato Soak & Coating
Water: About 2 cups.
Cornflour: 1 tablespoon.
Salt: 1 teaspoon (to season the potatoes while soaking).
Semolina (Rava): For the final crispy outer coating before frying.
For Frying
Cooking Oil: As needed for deep or shallow frying.
