50ml (1.69 fl oz) water
3 tbsps light soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tsp five spice powder

Hi Roland, A question please ? can I mix water chestnut flour with corn flour and do I need to crush the water chestnut flower in a pestle and mortar prior to mixing and can I use water chestnut flour in the second addition of flour to make a batter more crispy. A tool I started using many years ago is a traditional filet knife from the sporting goods section. Very sharp and flexible for deboning and removing thin layers of unwanted tissue.
