  1. Try it on the dehydrate setting. I set it at 60°C for 6hrs for medium rare. It cooks to temperature rather than time but cooks slowly so it's tender. It's always really juicy which seems weird if it's on dehydrate but it works! I sear it before but I've seen people put it on airfry for 10 mins after it's cooked. I put it on the rack with some stock below for juices to drip into to make gravy. I've done it with beef lamb and gammon but wasn't a success with chicken for some reason.

  2. ive just discovered youre channel thanks so much i splashed out on a ninja foodie off amazon bit scared of it lol but im going too try this. can i do cakes on it do you know. would love too make chocolate sponge and custard. as its got bake option im literally a newbie too slow cooking. sorry if my questions stupid. any tips be awesome

  3. I watched another review that said the ninja foodi isn’t amazing to use as a slow cooker compared to pressure cooking. I need a new slow cooker and ive never owned a pressure cooker/slow cooker/multi cooker before. I want one so I don’t have to use a separate pan to sear and sauté before slow cooking. I love that the ninja foodi has so many functions, but do you think it’s just as good as a stand-alone slow cooker?

  4. Great video. What made you slow cook rather than pressure cook or steam roast? I have the cosori multi cooker. And it has those functions you used plus pressure cooker. Just no air fry. Do you have a separate AF too? I have two AF. Wondering whether a truly need this 15/1. With two air fryers and a pressure cooker/ multi cooker to choose from!
What function do you use the most?
