Hey CJ! Just found your channel because I ordered a Ninja Woodfire just a few days ago and I was looking for recipes. I will definetly be trying this recipe for sure the ribs looked fantastic. However I'm more of a beef rib kind of guy. Do you have any tips or could you possibly do a video on cooking Beef Ribs? Thanks!
Damn Everlast has his own cooking channel?
use a catfish skinner to remove teh membrane. works like a charm.
I'm buying my first Ninja Woodfire smoker grill because of you and your videos, I love them don't ever stop and the ribs I have to tell you they look awesome👍👍💯👈
Can this cold smoke for cheeses? 🤤
What is that knife you used to cut the ribs?
Used the grill for the first time yesterday. Amazing!!!
You are correct the recipes In the booklet will burn everything up!!
You’re going to make me buy this. Lol. I just bought a speedi from Kohl’s for 40% off with a coupon. Take care and stay well.
Hey CJ. New to your channel. Great work on those Ribs. I was curious about the Grill. Couple questions. 1. Where can I get that Knife? 2. What do yu have the grill sitting on? Just a regular table?
why didn't it produce a smoke ring?
100k no problem
Heads up! When I want a smoke ring using my electric masterbuilt smoker I just add three to four charcoal briquettes to the smoking wood box and that does the trick. But like you said the ring doesn't mean more flavor it's just a visual coolness thing.
Can you use other brands of pellets with the Ninja or have to use their brand? Thanks!
Nice simple and understandable thanks
Dribbling!! Great video. Think a smoke run with lowest heat possible first would get that smoke ring?
It's going to be my first time making ribs on the wood fire tomorrow… I'll use this video as a guide
CJ you never spoke to the tenderness or the overall stiffness in the bite. That really tells how well the cooker did. Was the tenderness with a bite or fall off the bone tender with a slight bite?
Great informative and educational video for a guy in the UK wanting to dip my toe in the world of smoking some meat. Cheers
Hey CJ, I have this smoker/grill coming today. Question for you. Can you use woodchips instead of pellets?
Awesome looks really good.
Thanks for the video
Great video CJ. In your opinion, were the ribs clearly better/different than those made on the regular Ninja Foodi Grill? Was the smoke infusion as intense as you expected?

Trying your recipe right now, can't wait to taste it.
Did you press and use the "Woodfire Flavor Technology" round button on the front of the grill?
Great cook CJ! Man, those ribs look excellent. Smoke on brother!!!
Perfection Sir you know what you're doing and as a viewer we do learn from your videos thank you so much
Can you use other brands of pellets?
