No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the base:
• 9–10 Oreo biscuits, crushed

For the cream cheese filling:
• 180g cream cheese
• 150–200g whipping cream
• 50g condensed milk

For the chocolate topping:
• Melted chocolate (quantity as desired)
• Whipping cream (to mix with the chocolate)

Instructions
1. Prepare the base:
• Crush the Oreo biscuits and press them firmly into the base of a cake pan.
• Place the pan in the fridge to set.

2. Make the cream cheese filling:
• In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, whipping cream, and condensed milk until smooth and well combined.
• Pour the mixture over the chilled Oreo base.

3. Prepare the chocolate topping:
• Melt the chocolate and mix it with some whipping cream to create a smooth topping.

4. Assemble the cheesecake:
• Let the cream cheese layer set for a few minutes before pouring the melted chocolate mixture on top.
• Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
