  1. For base
    250gm kunafah dough
    1/4 cup butter
    159gm pistachio spread

    For cheese filling
    100gm cream cheese
    1cup whipping cream
    100gm pistachio spread (if you need you can add more)
    1/2cup condensed milk(optional)

    For ganache
    1 cup cream
    1/2 cup milk chocolate

    Process

    Making base:
    Roast kunafa dough along with butter until it turns golden colour thrn add the pistachio spread into the hot kunafa mixture it will hekp to melt the spread quickly and get a smooth dough

    Once it ready transfer into the 6 inch baking tray spread evenly with a spatula thrn keep in s freezer for 15 minutes

    Cheese filling:

    Beat the cream cheese for a minute then add condensed milk until it get smooth and lumps free then add beatend cream cheese and pistachio spread into the whipped cream mix it well until all get combined.

    Pour the mixture into the frozen pistachio kunafa base then again freeze for an hour

    Making ganache

    Heat the cream on a low flame then add the chocolate mix continuously until the chocolate get melted ,then kept aside as long as it cool down completely

    Once it cool down Pour the ganache on to the cheese cake then decorate with pistachio spread and chopped pistachios

    Keep in refrigerator for 3 to 6 hrs ..

Oru suggestion parayatte… recipe kaanikkbol athil use cheyyunna cream, cheese, chocolate, etc athinte pic um price um kaanichal valiya useful aavum… Ofcourse ningal pista cream n kunafa pkt okke kaanichit und. Same way which choco, which cheese etc… Enne pole Ee baking Onnum theere pidippillathavarkku vendi 😅
