No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients:
Strawberries
Graham Crackers
Cream Cheese
Vanilla
Heavy Whipping Cream
Powdered Sugar
Granulated Sugar

Directions:
1. Cut off stems of strawberries
2. Dice strawberries
3. Place strawberries in a ziploc bag and add a 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
4. Shake until strawberries is coated in sugar and then place in the refrigerator
5. Crush 1 pack of graham crackers with a rolling pin
6. In a bowl, add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and beat with a whisk or mixer until it thickens
7. Place your whipped cream in the fridge while you work on the next step
8. In a bowl, add 2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese, 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of vanilla, and mix
9. Add cream cheese mixture into the bowl with whipped cream, mix and fold in well
10. In a cup, add crushed graham crackers and press down
11. Using a piping bag, add a layer of cream cheese mixture, and smooth out
12. Add a layer of strawberries
13. Add another layer of cream cheese
14. Top with strawberries
15. Enjoy!
