Seasoning portion is not too much but you don’t need salt in the Italian season because you have a boat-load in the tomatoes since it isn’t fresh tomatoes or no salt tomatoes.
I stopped pre-boiling ALL pasta (specially lasagna noodles) 30+ years ago. Then they came out with ‘special’ noodles …yeah, it works with ALL pasta. Love your spices, love your recipes…you GO Dan O!!!
