I learned this in elementary school. Back when schools didn't suck.

If you don’t have a funnel then no one has a chopstick
Zip lock bag. Pour liquid in zip lock bag and then cut the corner.
The no mess solution? Leave the liquid in the container it came in until you need to use it. Pour it where it is needed. Don't waist dishes or containers!

Not very practical advice honestly… It will create a lot of spillage…
This would only work if the original container is(approximately) at least half full
It bothers me that your chopstick was upside-down
First heat the liquid to boiling point. Then stick your finger in the container and pour the liquid into your cupped hand and it will flow down into the bottle. Then put ice on the burns all over your hand to lower the pain. It's a miracle.
You can cut a soda bottle in half😊😊

Use a long wood spoon.
Not everyone has chopsticks in their kitchens.
70%+ of households do not have them.
Funnels are dirt cheap. I don't understand why anyone wouldn't have one.🤦♀️
I just take a paper plate and roll it into a funnel shape. Works great and it's disposable.
Didn't we all learn this in chemistry class in like 7th grade
With a bit of skill you can do it with Spoons too!
But chopsticks work better. I'll need to try it.
