No Knead Atta Rustic Bread
🥖 No Knead 100% Atta Bread ! This is low effort & the results are were surprisingly AMAZING & PURE MAGIC ! SAVE & SHARE this recipe.
Water, sugar, yeast, flour, salt & oil.That is all you need for this recipe. It is literally ANYONE CAN MAKE IT ! You cannot go wrong. You just need to use GOOD quality yeast. I used @urbanplatter.in here & it always gives me the best results.
2 cups whole wheat Flour
1 & 1/2 tsp Sugar
1 + 1/4 cup Warm Water (A little more than 1 cup)
1 & 1/2 tsp Dry Yeast
1 & 1/2 tsp Oil
3/4 tsp Salt
– Simply mix until no lumps of flour are visible. Leave it to ferment for an hour until it has doubled in size
– Transfer to a floured surface & shape it be simply tucking i
– Bake in a pre heated oven directly at 220 degrees C.
– If using dutch oven – bake 25 mins covered & 10 mins uncovered by reducing temperature to 190 degrees C
🌟 Pro VISHESH TIPPANI
– if using a dutch oven, pre heat that too for 15 mins
– Best is to bake this bread covered – you can use 2 loaf tins or simply cover with a huge baking mould. Covering it create steam & a soft crumb. It also gives a nice crusty texture
