Finely chop one small onion, seven to eight garlic cloves, one small piece of ginger, two green chilies, and one small capsicum.
In a bowl, crumble 200 grams of paneer and add the chopped veggies.
Add half a teaspoon of crushed black pepper.
Add one teaspoon of chaat masala powder.
Add half a teaspoon of salt.
Add one tablespoon of red chili sauce.
Add one tablespoon of Schezwan sauce.
Mix everything well to prepare the stuffing.
Take one cup of fine semolina in a bowl.
Add one teaspoon of oil.
Add a quarter teaspoon of salt.
Slowly knead with lukewarm water until a soft dough is formed.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into a thin sheet.
