Ingredients:
400 g bread flour (2.6 cups)
320 ml water ( 1.3 cups)
5 g salt (1tsp)
4 g yeast (1 tsp)
100 g cranberries
80 g walnut
Preheated the oven to 425℉/220℃,bake for 25 minutes.

  3. The parchment bread pans are a great idea. The "no-knead" part is BS. Traditional: Knead once. Let rise. Deflate. Shape. Bake. Cool. Eat. TM Cooking no-knead: Stir/stretch 4 or 5 times. Short knead. Shape and re-knead. Place in parchment pans. Let rise. Bake. Cool. Eat. Why is this "no-knead" method that you actually knead better when you have to spend all day babysitting the dough? No thanks. I choose the traditional kneading method.
