No Yeast Bread !!! This has no maida, No fancy ingredients & tastes AMAZING !
Tastes exactly like white bread & is perfect for those who love bread but cannot eat yeast. This bread is also Jain friendly.
Ingredients –
1 & 1/2 cup Sooji
1 cup Dahi
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Oil
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Eno
Powder the Rawa & then add Dahi, let it sit in the mixie for 5 to 7 mins & add other ingredients. Simply blend to make a smooth batter

– Make sure your oven is pre heated before you add eno & baking soda. The bread has to INSTANTLY BAKE after you add eno & BS
Cool it well before slicing & then do a little happy dance.
Also guys just saying – SOOJI IS NOT HEALTHIER THAN MAIDA ! It’s got a similar nutritional composition when compared just that we all get mann ki shanti when eating sooji 😆
