Noi facciamo la conserva di salsa la cuocio in forno di modo da non doverla ricuocere quando decido di consumarla, già è uno sbattimento prepararla, se poi la devi cuocere ancora che senso ha? Io faccio la conserva cuocendo i pomodori pelati in forno con aglio olio basilico sale e se piace io aggiungo una ricotta di pecora " ricotta squanta", poi dopo 10 min in forno passiamo nella macchina che divide le bucce dalla polpa e mettiamo nei barattoli, sterilizziamo e quando vogliamo mangiare quel sugo giriamo il barattolo direttamente nella pentola della pasta cotta! Una bontà zero sbattimento

My Gram (born 1928) is gone now which is so hard, but she would cut veggies up in her hand like that and seeing Nonna Pia do it gives me a warm and terrifying memory 😂. I was always nervous she’d cut herself. She never did!
