Seasonings like garlic powder, worchestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and/or a bit of hot sauce, or bbq sauce will add lots of flavour. These additions will not affect the texture of the meat. If you buy your own ground beef, and form your own patties, you will save money over buying pre-formed patties.

Sugar, that does not contain the same ingredients as salisbury steak. That is a hamburger patty in onion and mushroom gravy. It DOES look DELISH!
