Depression cake is so depressed
Do you know what the depressions do? I cant seem to think of why that would be better than just pouring the wet ingredients in. Looks yummy tho!

Ingredients~
Zest of one lemon
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
7 1/2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cup cold water
Instructions~
1. Preheat oven to 350*F
2. Pour sugar and lemon zest in 9×13 pan. Stir together for one minute. Add flour, baking soda, powder and salt. Stir to combine.
3. Make 4 indentations in the flour. Pour the vanilla, lemon juice, oil, and water respectively in each there own.
4. Stir together to form a smooth batter.
5. Put into oven and bake for 40 minutes.
