  1. Doesnt have to be for weight gain, it can be calorie counted as part of weight loss too and peanut butter is 94 calories per tablespoon.

    I make a healthier lower calorie option:

    300ml almond milk 51 cals
    40g dried porridge oats (2.5tbsp)
    148 cal
    banana 90 cal
    Tsp Manuka honey 35 cals

    324 cals total

Why would you want to gain weight from that it's a healthy shake to lose weight set of all the chemical crap people are using those protein powder and creatine bulshit I like to just do natural stuff I don't want to depend on protein powder and all that forever how long do the old school weigh
