I’m using a chargriller portable smoker and have enjoyed it a ton….made better brisket than I can buy within hours of my home here in Colorado.
just placed an order for workhorse 1969
What about pits by David Klose in Houston? I'm getting one
On your Old Country Brazos I have seen that some people remove the baffle plate and extend the stack pipe, what are you thoughts on doing that?
4K naw I’m getting a Lone star grills 20×42! Money well spent!
Just ordered my FatStack 120.
Now I can blame you for all my cooking failures and cite the smoker…
Appreciate this (and all the others) fantastic video!
I'm sorry but even with an old country you can go inside to your house and your oven does not have a constant temperature either well😂 that gone I don't understand that😮
Maybe you're not quite the cook at you think you are that you have so much difficult with a grill smokerthat nine out of ten people have after all nobody gives the rest of us a free one to try out😮
The Oklahoma joes offset smokers aren’t that quality anymore. That has a huge firebox compared to the new ones. Maybe try a review of one of the new OKJ Highland smokers?
You should do a review on lonestar grill smokers, lang and any reverse smokers. I would like to see what you think.
Showing a picture of the smoke hollow BBQ I'm currently using 😂 for tri tips and a rack of ribs, with my mods it's doing swell, but I can't do much bigger cuts of meat
How much was the 500 gallon?
Tighter than Fort Knox 😆😆
Just pulled the trigger on Workhorse 1975 wagon. Quality and value can’t be matched. And I’ve seen them all. ✌️
Why not reverse flow?
I just picked up an Oklahoma joes for 120$ off of offer up yesterday!!! And it’s in great condition!
For anyone who cares- magic spoon is 9 fucking dollars a box.
Hello. So I saw the Old Country BBQ Wrangler offset at Academy. Do you have any experience with that model? Seems to be a smaller version of the Brazos. Doesn't have 1/4 inch steel but it is thicker than the Pecos. I don't have the space for the Brazos so this seemed a good option. Thanks.
Ever use a Yoder Smoker?
How does the Yoder smoker stack up to these?
Have you heard of Pits by JJ or Gator Pits? Both from Houston Tx Area?
I just got a vertical off set, any thoughts cause there are few videos on them
The Franklin now cost over $5000.00! The Old Country is around $1200.00. I'm also liking the Yoder Loaded Wichita … $3000.00
Canadian government would never let that across the border if it's good for you LOL!
…" sine wave "…
Ham radio nerd alert!!!…
🤣👍🏻
You lost me at starting with a commercial
Do you have an opinion on the Broil King Vertical NG smoker
I’d love to get one of my pits to Jeremy. If you want one buddy, reach out and I’ll send you one. I know your a busy man these days though
Which model Oklahoma Joes smoker did you describe? Thanks, love your vids, my BBQ bible.
Mr Yoder…what are you saying at about 12:08 in? After you say $200. Thanks. EDIT…3/16!
hey Jeremy, have you ever cooked on a Lang?? Thinking about purchasing a 48, wondering on your thoughts? Lang or Faststack?
I feel like everyone needs to start with a cheap/bad smoker. You learn the importance of each variable and how to manage it. Once you get better equipment you'll know why it's better
Jeremy, what are your thoughts on simple stacked cinderblock smokers like the one Jirby did a tutorial on?
Might want to get a dust cap for that driver side front axle on your trailer. It would ruin your weekend to loose that hub due to debris, water and flinging the grease out of it. Just trying to help buddy
