Tom, good video….however, it seems like you should get more than 6 hours burn time, even at 40 degrees F?
Thanks!
Looks great man! Removing the water pan may have prevented the leak? The only time my Bronco 1.0 leaked was when I used a water pan early on. There is so much moisture already due to the drippings that vaporize where I don't think you need a water pan. Tho I know you also like to keep it all clean also.
Tom, that charcoal is available at walmart.
The OK Joe did a nice job. That brisket looks great.
I hadn't thought about charcoal consumption before you mentioned it, but it's not too surprising. We know lump doesn't last as long as briquettes and in colder temperatures all that external surface will give up the heat easily. One nice feature of this cooker is accessibility of the charcoal basket to add more. Once wrapped, other channels have suggested finishing their cooks in the oven. A good idea for us northerners once the cold weather sets in.
Great to see low & slow cook. Looks amazing Tom😃👍👍
I used to slide a foil boat under the original bronco to catch those drippings… it really is a tiny cup
Looks great Tom.
I keep buying these wireless meat thermometers that everyone says are great even sponsored! So far all mine are junk! Is this one really good?😊
How about hooking up a Fireboard fan controller to this grill?
Nice thanks Tom
