The brisket is such a beautiful cut of beef. Edit: My wife was down south for an indigenous gathering and a lady from that area asked if they woukd like to try some awesome BBQ? She was never one to turn down trying good food, thatโs where she tried Brisket, she bought an extra 5 pounds to bring home. It was awesome, now we make it here, not as good as the boys down south but still good.
