  1. Great video bruv, that's my absolute go to pork cut. there seem to be a few different names of what you call 'Boston Butts' and here in the U.K. it's mostly called a Boneless Spare Rib Joint. I know that sounds a bit deceptive but whatever it's called it's the nuts !

  2. Great content as always brother. I cook them all the time very similar to this. Often times however, I season just like a steak and grill over direct coals or wood to about 140°-145°. Fantastic. Love your channel. You keep it real
