I'll try this this Christmas
Sooo Good…! Kuya Ferns!😊
During the part to tenderize the pork, i tasted the sauce and it was too sweet, so i added some salt.
Yum! ❤
Thanks
Since when did adobo had an oyster sauce?
Hahahah
So smooth …
Thank you!
1:46 is called "de-glazing the fond" because the toasted flavor is called the "fond". I believe it is a French culinary term. Looking forward to more awesome recipes from you. 😊
so there’s no vinegar?
Tried this just now. Super yummy! My fiance likes it so much. Thanks Kuya Fern
May try next time to with potato.
I find it interesting that it is common to break the sauce in filipino dishes where european chefs would never dream of breaking a sauce but in this you are frying with it. Very cool stuff
Wow, this is amazing
I tried some of Kuya Fern's way of cooking it definitely taste good! ❤️
I just tried this recipe for tonight's dinner. By far the most delicious adobo I've made. Thanks a lot!

Salamat, kuya.
I made this but I substituted the sprite for RC Cola instead because it was cheaper and now I regret it.
