Eso no es Ceviche es una ENSALADA de CAMARONES, por favor, por favor no engañes al decir Ceviche. para los Peruanos no es Ceviche lo que tu lo has echo, Sorry!!!!🙃😉 That's not Ceviche, it's a SHRIMP SALAD, please, please don't be misleading when you say Ceviche. for Peruvians it is not Ceviche that you have made, Sorry!!!!🙃😉

Great video but I hate to tell you that lime juice and lemon juice do not actually cook the shrimp or fish or any seafood all it does it creates an environment where bacteria cannot grow and then you’re taking whatever proteins that are in the seafood out that’s why it turns white you still are essentially are eating raw seafood

  3. I made this tonight and it turned out fantastic! The only amendment I made is to add about 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce. That tiny bit of heat made it exactly like the ceviche I grew up on in Arizona.

  4. “Ceviche is from Peru, not Mexico.” Proceeds to make ceviche with tomato and avocado, two of the most iconic Mexican ingredients in history. 😉
    Ceviche may have originated in Peru, but it was certainly perfected in Mexico.

  5. TOO ACIDIC?
    Shouldn't the salad ingredients be dressed separately with preferably a lighter dressing from the prawns? They also get prawn-flavoured as well I guess.
    Personally I prefer different flavour profiles on my plate to keep it interesting and prepare protein toppings separately from the actual salad.
