The way you use your knife , you have to be good at sharpening it, NEVER drag you knife across a cutting board to scoop up your chopped or diced foods.. IT DULLS THE KNIFE!!

Here is a trick i picked up in asian kitchens. if concerned about oil heat they will take a chop stick and stick the tip in if the bubbles are forming boom your oil is ready.
Great recipe but if you like your noodles completely soft be ready to add all that stock and more little by little and let it evaporate. I don’t want ANY hardness in my noodles so fair warning

Why you cut raw chicken on same wooden board as your vegetables?
Raw chicken puts bacteria in your wooden board! You should cut meat and chicken on separate board

I do my chicken this way flour right on the chicken mix with your hands I didn't know I was a chef!!!! LOL
I think I'll try this recipe, was going to do one without chicken. I have a BUNCH of cherry tomatoes ready to harvest from the garden 🙂
