More bacon, please. ☺️ How about adding potato wedges or fingerling potatoes?
Maybe some chopped fingerling potatoes (or just small diced pieces ) roasted a bit with the herbs…. before you add the onions, cheese and bacon.. cheap but tasty struggle meal? Or heck just make this and like they said throw it on some potatoes (maybe even a good mash?)
